Salted Caramel Mocha made with strong coffee, rich chocolate, frothed milk and salted caramel sauce, topped with cool and creamy whipped cream. This drink is so simple to make at home, you won’t have to go to a coffeehouse to have your favorite coffee drink!
I’ve always loved making my favorite food and drinks at home. You know exactly what’s going into your recipes and you get exactly what you want! These salted caramel mochas are no exception - it’s so simple to brew your own coffee with the Mr. Coffee® 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker with Dishwashable Design and whip up a mocha.
To make a salted caramel mocha, you’ll need your favorite mugs, freshly brewed strong coffee, chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder), milk, a little bit of sugar, salted caramel sauce and whipped cream for topping. I made my own salted caramel sauce from scratch, but feel free to use your favorite store bought type if you don’t want to make your own sauce!
This Mr. Coffee® 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker with Dishwashable Design was super simple to set up and use for the first time. It bubbled and brewed coffee in a nostalgic way that reminded me of my mom brewing coffee in her own (albeit smaller) Mr. Coffee® coffee pot. I know this bigger coffee pot would make the perfect gift this holiday season.

The holidays are a perfect time to stay inside and make your own fancy coffee drinks - I’m a big fan of mochas, caramel macchiatos and caramel lattes! Nothing is cozier than cuddling up on the couch and sipping on a tasty coffee drink. I can’t wait to catch up with my friends over coffee at home this season - I’m looking forward to long chats over cookies while wearing our favorite silly holiday sweaters.
Recently, my sister came over and we sat and chatted about her upcoming wedding and made an incredible Salted Caramel Mocha. They came together so fast, and we didn’t have to leave the house. Talk about a win-win! I know we don’t get to meet up and talk as much as we used to when I lived closer, but sharing a few hours together over coffee is all your soul needs sometimes.
Since the husband and I moved into our house over a year ago, I’ve been making coffee with a pour over. I’m the only coffee drinker in our house, so I forgot how good it was to have a coffee pot for when company comes over. It’s so great to make a big pot with the Mr. Coffee® 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker with Dishwashable Design and keep it warm for when girlfriends come over for brunch.
I know it will come in perfectly handy this holiday season when we have friends and family over and need to make coffee with dessert or in the morning for overnight guests. The brew basket can hold 25% more grounds than similar Mr. Coffee® 12-cup coffeemakers!
I also love how easy clean up is going to be - most of the main components (besides the part attached to the electrical cord) are detachable and can be ran through the dishwasher for an extra clean coffee pot. An extra clean coffee pot and clean components means that the bitter taste of coffee residue won’t be there and we’ll be able to have fabulously fresh tasting coffee all the time!
This Salted Caramel Mocha is the perfect after dinner coffee drink that'll satisfy your sweet tooth or complement a crispy cookie or slice of pie after a holiday meal.
