Mixed Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is a beautiful medley of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, blended together with Greek yogurt and a berry juice.

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 5 fl ounces berry juice or other liquid


  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Sip and enjoy!
  • *If freezing for later consumption, make sure to defrost smoothie before drinking.
