A delightful red berry blend reduced down to a sweet and delicious compote. Perfect for on top of pancakes, waffles or a yogurt parfait!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp water
Instructions
  1. In a small frying pan over medium high heat, combine berries, sugar and water.
  2. Cook and reduce berries until they thicken, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Allow red berry compote to cool before use.
  4. Add to your favorite parfaits, pancakes or waffles!
