No Bake Chocolate Shakeology Cookies

A few swift mixes and BAM, no bake chocolate Shakeology peanut butter cookies. I'm not claiming it's the healthiest of chocolate snacks, but it sure beats eating raw cookie dough with a spoon watching Netflix.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until a dark brown 'dough' forms.
  3. Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out equal portions of Shakeology cookie 'dough'.
  4. Roll scooped dough into balls and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Using a flat surface (such as the bottom of a glass) press each cookie dough ball into cookie shaped disks.
